Based on a study published in Psychological Reports, couples who kiss and have regular sex (1-2 times per week) have higher levels of antibody immunoglobulin A (Ig A). Antibodies that exist in the body serves to ward off infection and form the immune system.

In one study, the man who kissed his partner affectionately before going to work was found to be more productive at work. This is allegedly because kissing can increase the confidence and happiness, which ultimately affect productivity while working.
