Choose Black Tea or Green Tea to Lose Weight?

A study conducted on a group of mice also found more or less the same facts. In the study, mice were given different foods for four weeks. The food is a combination of foods high in fat and high sugar, and there are added extracts of black tea and some are added green tea extract.

At the end of the fourth week, researchers found that groups of mice who received green tea and black tea, both experienced weight loss and decreased levels of fat. The number of bad bacteria in the colon in both groups of mice was also reduced.

So, it can be said that black tea and green tea alike can help you lose weight. But if you are not used to or can not consume caffeine, then green tea may be a better choice for you.
